Founder and CEO of Fortitude London, Simon Jones is an energetic business executive with extensive experience as an Interim Manager in CFO, CEO and CRO roles. 

He specialises in identifying and delivering operational and financial mechanisms to facilitate business growth, corporate turnaround and financial recovery.

 

A strong negotiator and not phased by conflict, Simon enjoys working with people to find equitable solutions and make change happen.

A strong advocate of transformation through positive cultural change, underpinned by data driven decision making, Simon is committed to developing internal talent and collaborative working.

 

His approach has been proven to produce achievable, feasible business plans, embed new working practices, deliver measurable value and ensure sustainable change with a clear roadmap ahead.
